March Mid Month Newsletter

Good Morning Hillcrest Elementary Families and Friends!

 

I wanted to give you a quick mid month update as we are transitioning into spring break next week and then returning for a strong finish to March.

 

Picture Day - Class and Individual Pictures - Tomorrow, MARCH 18th

Tomorrow, all students will have the opportunity to take a class photo as well as individual pictures.  You can pay ahead of time by visiting mylifetouch.com and enter with the code: EVT8NNBC6. 

 

School Spirit Week - March 30 - April 3

When we return from break, student council has organized a “school spirit week”, inviting all students to participate in the following dress-up days:

• Monday, March 30 - - Fancy Day
• Tuesday, March 31 -  Disney Day or Hillcrest Spirit Day
• Wednesday, April 1 - Class Color day
  • Kindergarten - Red
  • 1st - orange
  • 2nd - yellow
  • 3rd - green
  • 4th - blue
  • 5th - black
• Thursday, April 2 - Twin Day - find a friend and dress alike
• Friday, April 3 - PJ / comfy clothes day

 

Upcoming Dates:

• March 20 - “Problem Solving” Student recognition assemblies
• March 23-27 - No School for Students; Spring Break!
• March 30 - ALL students return
