Registration Information
Students new to Hillcrest and kindergarten children must register in person at the school office. Registration for the 2008-2009 school year begins August 4th from 7:30-2:30 Monday-Friday. All parents or guardians of kindergarten children are required to have the following information with them at the time of registration:
1. birth certificate or other verification of age – child must be 5 years of age by September 15, 2008
2. verification of up-to-date immunizations 5 DPT, 4 Polio, 2 MMR, 3 Hepatitis B,1 Varicella,and first grade-kindergarten only: 2 Varicella
3. proof of residency – public service/phone bill, lease agreement, real estate contract
